The Western Pennsylvania Coalition for Abandoned Mine Reclamation (WPCAMR) will hold a quarterly membership meeting on Thursday, February 16, 2005 at the Eat’N Park Restaurant, Routes 422 and 286 in Indiana, PA, (724 465-2301) beginning at 10:00 am and concluding at 2:30 pm.
